Shipping & Pickup Policy
At CJ's Confections, every order is prepared with care to ensure you receive the freshest products possible. Please review our shipping and pickup policy before placing your order.
Cookie Preorders
Shipping schedule
Our gourmet cookies are baked freshed to order in small batches and are available through our weekly preorder system.
- Preorders open: Tuesday
- Preorders close: Thursday
- Shipping: All shipping orders are shipped the following Monday. If Monday falls on a holiday, orders will ship on the next business day.
Example: Order is placed on Tuesday, December 8. Order will ship on Monday, December 14.
Pickup & Delivery Policy
Pickup-Only Items
Baked goods designated as Pickup Only have been specially curated and prepared for local pickup. These items are not available for shipping and cannot be converted to a shipped order upon request. If you are looking for cookies to be shipped, please shop from our Shipping collection, which features items specifically selected and packaged to maintain quality during transit.
Pickup Locations & Time Slots
All pickup orders must be collected at the specified pickup location selected at checkout and during the customer’s chosen pickup time slot.
Please plan accordingly to ensure your order is picked up on time. To maintain the quality and freshness of our products, orders that are not picked up during the selected time slot may be held for up to one additional week and rescheduled at the discretion of CJ’s Confections. This does not constitute an extension of the original pickup agreement and does not qualify the order for a refund.
Orders that remain unclaimed after the additional holding period, or that are otherwise considered abandoned, will be discarded. No refunds or replacements will be issued for abandoned orders.
Our goal is always to provide you with treats that are fresh, delicious, and at their best — timely pickup helps us do just that.
Delivery
CJ’s Confections does not currently offer standard local delivery.
Delivery may be available by special arrangement for event, catering, or bulk orders and may be subject to an additional delivery fee. Please contact us in advance to discuss availability and pricing.
Pound Cakes
Pound cakes may be ordered at any time. Unless otherwise communicated during the ordering process, cake orders ship on the following Monday after your order is placed. Please allow adequate time if ordering for a specific event or celebration.
Cheesecakes
Cheesecakes are currently available for pickup only.
Apparel
Our apparel is made to order. Please allow 10–15 business days for production before your order ships. If your order contains both apparel and baked goods, items may arrive separately.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.
CJ's Confections is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered during checkout. Orders are processed using the exact address provided, and we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted.
Shipping Carrier & Delivery
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
CJ's Confections is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related delivery issues after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we are happy to assist by providing tracking information and guidance on how to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
