Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases do not require a subscription and will not renew automatically.
Once an order has been placed, it is subject to our Refund Policy. Because our baked goods are made fresh to order, cancellations or modifications may not be possible once production has begun.
Subscription Orders
By enrolling in a CJ's Confections subscription, you agree to recurring monthly charges until your subscription is canceled in accordance with this policy.
To keep our subscription program fair and sustainable, all subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two (2) monthly payments, including your first payment at signup.
Your subscription must remain active for:
- Your enrollment month, and
- The following month.
After your second payment has been successfully processed, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid future charges.
How to Cancel
Eligible subscriptions may be canceled through your customer account or by contacting CJ's Confections before your next renewal date.
Cancellation requests submitted after a renewal payment has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle, and the current month's order will still be fulfilled.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may retry the payment or pause or cancel your subscription at our discretion. Subscription benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully received.
Changes to Subscription Program
CJ's Confections reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the subscription program at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been processed, and subscribers will be notified of material changes when required.
