Where are you located?

CJ's Confections is based in Orlando, FL. We don't have a physical store, but you can place an order in our online store for shipping and local pickup.

 

Where do you ship and what is your shipping process?

We ship within the USA, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

Pre-Orders Open: Sunday at 9:00 AM EST
Pre-Orders Close: Wednesday at 8:00 PM EST

All orders placed during this pre-order window are baked fresh the following week and shipped on Monday.

Example:
Order placed between Sunday, June 14 – Wednesday, June 17
Cookies are baked fresh the following week
Order ships on Monday, June 22

Shipping Details
Orders are shipped via USPS.
Once shipped, most packages arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

Our cookies are individually heat-sealed and carefully packaged to help maintain freshness during transit. For the best experience, enjoy upon arrival or freeze for later.

Do you make deliveries?

Currently, we do not offer delivery services; however, shipping and pickup are available for selection at checkout.

We offer a variety of made-to-order gourmet pound cakes and cheesecakes.
