Shipping & Pickup Policy 

At CJ's Confections, every order is prepared with care to ensure you receive the freshest products possible. Please review our shipping and pickup policy before placing your order.

Cookie Preorders

Our gourmet cookies are baked fresh in small batches and are available through our weekly preorder system.

- Preorders open: Sunday at 9:00 AM EST

- Preorders close: Wednesday at 8:00 PM EST

- Shipping: All orders are shipped the following Monday

Example: Order is placed on Wednesday, July 15. Order will ship on Monday, July 20.

Because each batch is made fresh to order, we are unable to ship cookies before the scheduled shipping date.

Pound Cakes

Pound cakes may be ordered at any time. Unless otherwise communicated during the ordering process, cake orders ship on the following Monday after your order is placed. Please allow adequate time if ordering for a specific event or celebration.

 

Apparel

Our apparel is made to order. Please allow 10–15 business days for production before your order ships. If your order contains both apparel and baked goods, items may arrive separately.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.

CJ's Confections is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered during checkout. Orders are processed using the exact address provided, and we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

CJ's Confections is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related delivery issues after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we are happy to assist by providing tracking information and guidance on how to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Cheesecakes

Cheesecakes are local pickup only and are not available for shipping at this time.

Pickup details will be provided once your order is confirmed.

 

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Mount Dora, Florida, 

- Pickup address will be provided after checkout

- Customers will receive pickup instructions once their order is ready

- If a scheduled pickup time is missed, we will reschedule with you.

• Orders not picked up within 2 weeks will be considered abandoned.

 

Market Pickup

If you select market pickup at checkout, your order will be available for pickup on the date and time of the scheduled market you selected.

Please arrive during the designated market hours for pickup

Orders must be collected during the market timeframe unless otherwise arranged

CJ’s Confections is not responsible for orders not picked up during market operating hours.
