Subscription Purchase Terms

CJ's Confections offers subscription options for customers who want to enjoy our cookies on a recurring basis.

To keep our subscription program fair and sustainable, all subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two monthly payments, including the initial payment made at signup.

Your subscription must remain active through your enrollment month and the following month. Once your second payment has been successfully processed, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled renewal date.

Weekly Cookie Menu

Our cookie menu changes weekly, and subscription selections are based on the cookie menu that is active at the time each monthly subscription order is processed.

By subscribing, you understand that your subscription does not guarantee a specific cookie flavor, flavor lineup, or menu selection for future months.

Each monthly subscription order is subject to the flavors and options available on the current weekly cookie menu at the time of that order.

If a specific flavor is no longer available when your next subscription order is processed, you will need to select from the flavors offered on that week's active menu.

Cancellation

After your required two monthly payments have been completed, you may cancel your subscription before your next scheduled renewal date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the renewal date to prevent the next monthly payment from being processed.

Once a monthly subscription payment has been processed, the order is considered confirmed and is subject to our applicable Refund Policy. Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Subscriptions cannot be canceled during the initial two-payment commitment.

Changes to Your Subscription

If available, subscription selections or other subscription details may be updated before your next renewal date. Any changes are subject to the options available at that time.

Because our cookie menu changes weekly, customers are responsible for reviewing the current menu and available selections for each monthly subscription order.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing schedule selected at checkout until canceled.

By subscribing, you authorize CJ's Confections to charge your selected payment method for each renewal according to the subscription terms displayed at checkout.

By completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the minimum two-payment commitment, weekly menu changes, and cancellation terms outlined above.
